Goodreads asked Phyllis Moore:

How do you get inspired to write?

Phyllis Moore Anything can stick in my brain and sit there and churn, while it collects other ideas that bond together and form into a plot.

In this day and age, when someone has time to kill, they use their cell phone to entertain them. I find paper and pen and write. Whatever story or character that pops into my head first, that’s the one I work on. When I get home I put it in the computer.

My brain is rarely silent. There’s so much going on in there. I’m rarely alone, I’m rarely bored and I’m quite often off on some adventure.
