What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Damian S. Simankowicz The best thing about being a writer (IMHO) is creating something from an idea and then seeing it eventually released (after a huge amount of work and more hours, days, weeks, months and years than you care to admit to yourself) in both ebook and paperback formats. The ebook is great for viewing on various devices and getting the story out there. And having the paperback released is super exciting, every time. Giving away physical copies in competitions is exciting. Having your own proof copy is exciting. It’s real. You made it. And now you can put it on the shelf beside your favorite books. Just gives you a good feeling.
