Hi, Ms. Daugharty: I read Necessary Lies on a whim and loved it. Please tell me if you wrote anything else that may be a sequel or is similar to it. I love the South Georgia setting and the relate-able characters and story. I have actually heard of people who could easily fit into one of your plots. Which book should I read next? Janice Daugharty Dorothy, I'm sorry to have just now read this post from you. It's kind of shocking, since the book came out so long ago, and truly few readers liked it as well as you did. Thank you very much. No, no sequels to Necessary Lies. But If you read my other 9 novels, or numerous short stories--all Ebooks now, many still in print--youll find many of the characters revisited, all of the same ilk. Just folk like Pappy Ocain, people I've known all my life. Look at Amazon or any of the other book sites for a list of all I've written. If you find one you like, let me know.
