If she really did still love him i don't think she would have just sent a postcard saying "i love you", she probably would have said a lot more, and opened his cards. I also feel like in the end Park was still only talking about how sad he was without her and Eleanor wasn't saying stuff like that at all. Maybe the Author did this on purpose so we can give ourselves a happy or sad ending.(less)
