Eric Plume
Eric Plume asked Nenia Campbell:

In both your posts and your writing style you've made it clear you like "dark romance" and that one of your favorite tropes is "villain gets the girl". Okay, so...what for you constitutes a 'dark romance'? And for bonus points, what makes a male lead a 'villain' who ought to 'get the girl'? Surely all villainous men aren't created equal...

Nenia Campbell I'll just go ahead and quote Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart for this one:

"I shall not today attempt further to define the kinds of material I understand to be embraced within that shorthand description ["dark romance"], and perhaps I could never succeed in intelligibly doing so. But I know it when I see it..."
