My friend and I absolutely loved "Maybe in Another Life". What was your inspiration behind it? Do you think you'll write another book in regards to fate?

Taylor Jenkins Reid I'm always interested in writing about fate -- though I can't foresee dedicating an entire premise to it again. I feel like I did what I set out to do with Maybe in Another Life and that book speaks for itself.

But the relationship between fate and chance, and how our small choices can have a ripple-effect on our lives and the lives of others, is something I think I'll always be writing about.

I loved your book The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. It will go down as one of my all time favorite novels and I have recommend it to almost anyone I can.
