Samuel
Samuel asked Tom Wood:

Tom. Victor being loyal to himself and the almighty dollar, charges high fees. My question is this. Is Victor a millionaire? Not that he'd give a toss, but it stands to reason that a nomad like him, doesn't go for the sort of consumption the Saudi Prince in book 5 did, and thus would have a lot of money left over.

Tom Wood Well, it's mentioned in The Final Hour that most of the money Victor receives goes on expenses like flights and hotels (not forgetting charcoal suits), but as a professional at the top of the tree it's not hard to imagine he has a lot of money left over and stashed away, so I think it's safe to say he has six zeroes worth of savings, assets and cash.
