I've been coaching and mentoring people for years using the Do a Day approach. I get such an amazing charge out of seeing people get enlightened and transform. And yet I always feel constrained by my schedule and location to help as many people as I want to help. That empowering feeling of helping plus the constraints of being one person added together to equal writing a book. It's one great way I can share and inspire without any major constraints.
