HI, have read and sometimes re read all of your wonderful books. I just a comment regarding the Unicorn tapestries and your response (altho I cannot find that right now) Want to mention that you don't have to go as far as Paris to see some very very WONDERFUL Unicorn tapestries at the Cloisters in NYC. Not only are they are treasure, but the entire Cloisters is magical.. hope you get a chance to go there?
Tracy Chevalier
Oh, yes, I have been to the Cloisters to the The Hunt of the Unicorn tapestries. They are glorious! And from the same period at The Lady and the Unicorn. But the Lady tapestries are slightly different - more spiritual, I suppose you could say. The Hunt is about a hunt, and quite gory - we see the unicorn being killed, with blood and spears and everything. The Lady and the Unicorn tapestries are about a seduction. Also in Paris they're in a dimly lit, circular room and you stand in the middle and feel surrounded by them. It's an astonishing, almost spiritual experience. Highly recommended!

I loved the book "The Edge of the Orchard". I would LOVE to see a sequel that tells what happens to Robert and Molly when they arrive in England; what happens with their children; if the sequoias and redwoods grow in England and Wales and what impact that growth has on those communities. Do you think there is any chance of that happening?

I’ve only just realised from a trailer how very different Ammonite is from Remarkable Creatures. I was wondering how I could possibly have forgotten/misread your novel 😳 but thank goodness that isn’t the case. Ioved your book and was truly looking forward to seeing how it as a film. Now I understand why this film isn’t called RC! I’d still love to see RC on screen. Mini-series sounds great! Netflix pitch?
