Hi Brianna,
Pigpen did move up the ladder very fast, but it was because of his complete dedication to the club. The board knows things about Pigpen that Razor, Oz, Violet and Chevy don't know and these things are how he moved up so quickly.
There are secrets that I haven't revealed about Pigpen and his past. I'm going to try to write a short story or bonus scene for Pigpen where these answers will be revealed. Not sure when I will write this, but I hope to soon.
