How do you deal with readers who ask a lot of questions?

Glynnis Campbell LOL! I don't have a problem with readers asking questions. In fact, sometimes the questions make me think more deeply, and I always appreciate that. If you're asking about someone hounding me for advice or help with their career, I usually steer them toward published resources or groups, because the help they get will be much better organized than what I can give them.
