Mark Lawrence
Not in the near future, no. The Wheel of Osheim has only just come out in paperback, and the Book of the Ancestor won't be all out in hardcover until 2019.

Hey Mark! I'm reading the Emperor of Thorns now and i'm more and more curious. There are torture, rape and some other kind things in the books. Especially the Bad Dogs part in the third book. How can these ideas come up in a someone's head? I mean You were a biology scientist if I'm correct, I persume you are not thinking about these things when you working. So my question in short, how did You get these ideas?

You've most definitely influenced me as a young tween to get more into books, and I can credit you to jump starting my dream of wishing to become an author, such as yourself. Can you recall any author or series you read that inspired you to begin writing?

Were you worried about making the MC Jorg so very young? He commits all these atrocities so why make him 13? Do you find it takes away from the credibility - the 'believabiltiy' if you will, of the plot? Or was it done in order for a younger audience to be able to relate to him?
