I am smiling because you rated your own book 'Jacob's Ladder' with four stars, not five. I have never seen another author do that for his own book! What kept you from rating the book five stars? BTW, I am going to read it and hopefully prove to you that you should rate it five stars. The Catholic Book Club Group is reading it in April.

Your question has a very simple answer: I have 30 novels in Goodreads and have rated them all, with the following criterion:
a) I gave 5 stars to my four personal favorites among my books.
b) I assigned 4 stars and 3 stars to the remaining books, in a more or less balanced way (actually there are 15 with 4* and 11 with 3*).
But some of my readers strongly disagree with my classification. I hope you will be one of them :-)

Hi Manuel again. Re: my earlier question, would it be helpful to see a review I've received? You have touched on the profound core of Christianity - binding ourselves to Him on the cross and what He did for us. And prayer - our conduit to Him. Your characters are all too real especially in today’s world which seems so askew and insane. I find it incredible that a writer could have captured all this.

During the lockdown, Pope Francis wrote reflections to help our world become a better place after the COVID-19 pandemic. In December 2020, Francis published a book containing a new path after this time of crisis: “Let Us Dream – The Path to a Better Future.” In this book, Francis asserts that the pandemic is a time of crisis and that every crisis is a time of change. May this book be added as a choice?

I'm new to how goodreads works. While looking around I looked over your resume; it is impressive. I had a career in electronics, computer, telecommunication and solar energy. My current WIP deals with the misconception that solar energy will solve every thing. Sort of like the wind turbines, some are already at the end of their life cycle. Do you think that AI will control. most elections going forward?
