I just finished your book Wake, and I thought it was great! I literally could not put it down, and actually ended up finishing it the same day I had started it! The entire plot was extremely interesting, and always had me intrigued. Although I did have a couple questions about it; what gave you the idea for this story? And were there any parts that you might have edited out of the book, that you wish you had kept in?

I got the idea from a dream I had, where I dreamed I had entered my husband's dream and was watching what he was dreaming about.

There are no parts I edited out of the book. I almost never cut scenes from books. I'm the kind of writer who writes sparsely and I always have to add things, not take them away. I feel lucky about that. :)
