If I was a new reader and I had to choose between Fool's Gold and another author's series, what would you say to convince me to give you a shot? Truthfully, I have never read a Fool's Gold book although I have read other books of yours. I am on a tight budget and am torn between your series and another. Help!

The best thing I can say, Debbie, is to read the free excerpts on my website to see if you love them enough to give the books a shot. You'll find links to all of the Fool's Gold excerpts on the Bookstore page at www.foolsgoldca.com. :) My other suggestion would be to check the books out from your local library. I love libraries!

My question does not have to do with your latest trilogy. When you first started writing your Fool's Gold series, did you immediately know that you were going write a lot more novels in this series, that readers would respond the way that they have and what would you have done if the response was not so great? I love your books so i do not see any reason why people would not like them!!!
