Hi, Alma. I'm not sure I understand the question. I believe that people read fiction because they want to be taken on an emotional journey. They want to feel what the characters are feeling. The high points in the story fill readers with happiness. The low points are cathartic, a safe way to express sadness or anger. And the happy endings fill us with the feeling that the world is a just place, that good people who persevere will find the joy they deserve.
I have never tried and will never try to write without putting my emotions into a story. :) While writing, I feel everything that my readers feel while reading my books, and it's one of the things I love best about being a writer.
