Cleve Lamison Has the group read the first and second Paladin's Legacy books?

message 2: by Robin (new)

Robin Waldrop If everyone would agree to read Ties To The Blood Moon, it's free today and tomorrow only at Amazon.com. The whole group could get it for free. Here's the link: http//www.amazon.com/BLOOD-MOON---edited-ve...

Please let me know if there is a problem with the link.

Xdyj I don't think so. I put it up just in case a lot of members have read them.

Thank you. I don't know why the group wouldn't want to read TIES when everyone can get it for free. Today is the last day of the free promo though. It sort of hurts my feelings. :o(

Thanks, I've just read your book this afternoon and might write a review soon. Many popular books like Howl's Moving Castle and Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell have also been voted down in this group before, and if you like you're welcome to set up a discussion topic on your book in the "book discussion" section :)

Robin Waldrop Did you like it?

message 12: by Xdyj (last edited Mar 14, 2012 07:37PM) (new)

Xdyj I think it's reasonably good, though I've already read a number of other books in this genre (Twilight, LJ Smith, Cassandra Clare, Vampire Academy, MaryJanice Davidson's Jennifer Scales etc.) and is a fanfic reader so a lot of stuff in it might not seem that new to me. On the other hand probably I'm not quite belong to the target market of this book so it's not saying much :)

I'm rooting for Dune as well. I just dug it out and can't wait to start reading it.

Jessica I was hoping Sheep farmer's daughter or Waylander. Oh well, I can probably find a copy of Dune at some library.
