I have always wanted to read Little Women!! I think it’s super appropriate for this time to read this book and the newest adaptation in film for it just came out, so maybe we could also compare the two?

Gianna It's really a great book. I still have the beautiful hardcover edition my parents gave me one year for Christmas. I wouldn't mind reading it again!

Chris I’ve always wanted to read Little Women too. Before she passed away my mum told me to read it but I never got round to it so it would be good to now that the film is out.

By the by my mum also recommended Tanamera by Noel Barber which I have read and HIGHLY recommend and The Thorn Birds by Coleen McCullough, another one on my TBR shelf.

Kristina Stillhouse Lake is already on my TBR... so I vote that.

The Picky Bookworm So im pretty sure we're reading little women! Considering its my favorite, im excited!

Sonja I love Little Women and I LOVED Number the Stars! Surprised and pleased to see it on here! Clockwork Orange was as weird as it was interesting.... such a choice!

The Picky Bookworm I was just not a fan of A clockwork Orange. When i was in college i had to write a comparison paper of the book and movie. It was one of the hardest papers I've ever had to write.

Lexi Haven't we read Little Women in this group before?

Yes, four years ago, so it was allowed.

Chloe Nguyễn Hoàng I have known Little Women for a long time, but I haven't had the chance to read it. Therefore, I think it is the suitable time to enjoy it and share my thoughts. Because English is not my mother tounge, reading this book is also a challenge of the month 😛

We all read at our own pace and discuss in the designated thread as we go. We use spoiler tags to not give anything away because not everyone is at the same point in the book. If you need help with spoilers just let me know. They are easy once you figure them out. You can find the discussion thread here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
