My humble opinion: John Ronald Reuel Tolkien is the greatest fantasy writer of all time. "The Hobbit", "The Lord of the Rings",and "The Silmarillion" are books of pure greatness! No other fantasy writer can surpass him.
The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings Trilogy are brilliant books! The Peter Jacks Lord of the Rings were incredibly faithful, and I love all three immensely! The Hobbit Trilogy tried to make a mountain out of a mole hill, where it could've been summed up in two movies tops, but dragged it out too much, I did enjoy the last two, and the first one was alright.

I am not a fan of this writer because The Lord of the Rings is not a story that I like. However, I must admit that he is one of the best writers at https://assignmentmasters.org/college... around the world because his stories have managed to cross borders and become one of the most famous fiction classics.
