Recipe books with recipes that follow acid reflux diet rules. Or most of the recipes are adaptable. Just having GERD or Acid Reflux in the title does not guarantee the authors followed any of the diet rules. Often the entire recipe book is unusable. There should be no: onions, garlic, tomatoes, high fat, hot spices, alcohol, chocolate, mint, vinegar, peppers, citrus, full fat dairy/cheese and coffee.
