Now I want to re-watch the movie. 🧡💛
I sat down to read for a few minutes this afternoon and found that I couldn't put the book down being pulled into the magic and alternative worlds created by Diana Wynne Jones. It had everything I look for in a lazy afternoon read - well crafted, quirky characters, a story that gripped me from the first page, a wry humour that made me smile throughout the time I was reading it and not forgetting an unexpected love story.
