It's not every day you can admit that a self-help book is probably one of the best books you've read all year. Well, here I am admitting it. I originally scheduled this book as my October book club read, which we are scheduled to discuss this week. I live in a society where the subject of therapy is often a taboo topic of conversation and overlooked, which is why I wanted to read this with my book club.
