HOLY FUCKING COW!!!!!! That was AMAZING!!!!! This book is waaaaaaaaaaay under-rated. The writing, the wit, the philosophical mantra of the musician... I'm fucking speechless. This book was sooooo good. I've highlightled so many quotes, I couldn't even begin to capture all of their meaning.

This book rocked my world.
It's still with me.
I want to go back in.
I will go back in.
It's just a matter of time.

The story is full of heart and passion.
Paul is not a classic hero, but is a passionate, unforgettable and astonishing character nonetheless.
I fell in love with him because Eliza was in love with him.

If you find the prologue a bit off-putting (although I didn't), I encourage you to stay with this story. It has it's own unique pull and will rock your world while you are there.

WOW.. This book was something!
I would have liked the ending a bit more elaborate and I'd even like an epilogue :\ but none the less the book was amazing! All the characters were brilliant, the quotes the songs and the one lines of this book were pretty nice :D

I liked this book overall, but there were several things that really rubbed me the wrong way. I hated the choice word Paul loved to use constantly. The book was hard for me to read because of that. I liked Paul's character, he really loved Eliza deeply, but I had a hard time getting into him myself. Who thinks skinny, pale, greasy-stringy hair, and big nose is attractive? Plus he had horrible fashion sense and complained all the time. I loved Loring! I felt so bad for how he was treated by every ...more
