Ironically the ratio of signal to noise ratio in this book could be higher. There's a lot of padding: stories about baseball, chess programs, climate and weather forecasting.

This does a good job of explaining some important ideas, though I'd recommend other books for that purpose such as Superforecasting or The Scout Mindset.
