Not bad. He gives the big advice away on the cover art and on page 1, so I wondered if there was any point to reading the next 200 pages (which he even jokes about). But it's not a bad book--has some good advice, some good tips, and some interesting historical tidbits.
Of course, I kept getting hungry while I was reading. Then I'd want something totally unhealthy (like Pop Tarts), or food I was finding out wasn't that great for me (Who knew that even my healthy cereal could be criticized?). ...more
