What. A. Disappointment. After the awesomeness that was Siege and Storm, that's how Leigh ends this series? With Alina giving up her power to settle down with Mal and run an orphanage? Really? And a pathetically short and boring climatic battle? Objectively, I understand where Leigh was coming from with the ending, I will reluctantly admit that it does make sense in light of Alina's character journey.
