only one thing is clear, this is the most unputdownable book i've read since february.

i really don't know what else to say, other than i love elias veturius.

Soooo this was quite a journey for a first book. Why not 5 stars? Well it was very much dumping information on you but I get it. Because the author is preparing everything in the first book and did it well.

An Ember in the Ashes more like HOW TO SUCK MY SOUL INTO A STORY AND COMPLETELY DEVOID MY LIFE OF ANY OTHER MEANING WHILE READING IT

This is an absolutely amazing story and I am literally the happiest person knowing full well that the trilogy itself is going to be a mad 5 stars. ⭐️

How is it possible to relate so much to these characters when I have experience none of these events? Like, I feel like I’ve lived with them! That how to write a book!

Wow. That was amazing, I had even managed to finish this in one sitting! Those silver masks creep me out though.
Not a big fan of Helene, hopefully she'll grow on me in the next books.

4.5 stars, really close to being a 5 star book for me! I had trouble putting it down to take breaks for anything! I totally binged it! I loved the character development and how everything started to weave together. There were just tiny little things that kept me from giving it 5 stars!
I was so happy that the second book was already out! Already started with it and I have the same problem with putting it down! I am hopeless!
