This time it is Little Red Riding Hood and it is pretty good! The book kept my interest throughout and continued the story of Cinder while introducing many new characters.
I think I liked this better than the first book mainly because now I have already been in this "world" for several hundred pages.

Great book! I'm loving this series! Take the story of Red Riding Hood, shake it up, mix in some sci-fi and serve. Excellent books to devour.

The plot was a bit slow-going for me. I remember noticing I was at 76% and being surprised I was that far—maybe it’s just me, but I felt like nothing major had happened at that point yet, whereas normally at least one major plot point happens before getting 3/4 of the way through. Overall a good book and I loved the new characters, but I think maybe it just suffered from middle-book syndrome. Very excited to start the next book, though!
This sequel is actually better than the first! Really enjoyed it, fast paced and the characters were more alive (if that makes sense!) because in Cinder, the characters seemed so boring but with this sequel, it made all the characters seem more real, really good book!
This story is amazing and I can't wait to grab the next book.... Too bad I am moving home and I still have to pack... Everything!!
