I was fully amazed of this great novel. The story, the emotional message, the feelings and the way of writing made of this novel, in my view, one of the best ones ever wrote. There are not so many good books that can make the reader truly live the facts, but this one is one of them.
I am more and more amazed by the Norwegian litterature. Until a year or so ago I was unaware how good it is. Hamsun, Gaarder, Ragde and others are masters that wrote many nice books, some of them even masterpieces.
