Nope. That's it. I'm done reading anything written after 1989.
Everything is described awkwardly in strange detail. The writing feels like it's trying to impress me (insecure?), and the humor feels forced. I'd say it's because I'm not British, but I lived in London for four months, so that's gotta count for something. Now let's add some wizards and ghosts and floating orbs. Good, good. Using 37 words when 10 would suffice... and this version is so badly edited, the characters' own names are spel ...more
