Lovely!! I think Gaiman is such a master at blending fantasy with reality and past legends in a way that is humorous, exciting, thought-provoking, and realistic enough to be slightly off-putting. He creates wonderful, dreamlike works that are a pleasure to read and new worlds that are hard to leave but also familiar. This book held my interest, not so much for the characters (altho there are great villains!) or even the story-line, but the descriptions of the other world and life below the streets of London. An unusual and fun read.
