Adquiri-o depois de o ver figurar numa lista de bons livros com péssimas capas, menosprezados por quem os julga pelas ditas.
É interessante. Começa algo confuso, com bastantes conceitos para assimilar num universo peculiar e único. Narra as acções da Black Company, uma companhia de mercenários a soldo de quem pagar para ser o seu "patrão" por determinado período. Croaker, o médico da companhia, é a figura central e o narrador desta companhia ímpar de mercenários, que funciona como uma família.

I was debating whether to give this book less till I reached the end. I get it, its during a war and can be a bit much for some readers. I didn't feel like it was that dark of a book, nor it did it feel like it was going anywhere for most of it. I started to understand the war fought between the Lady and the Dominator but battle after battle gets boring.
