That thing where it takes you over a month to read the first 500 pages, and then you knock out the last 500 pages in two days. You know that thing.
No matter which reading mode I was in - 5 pages a day or 300 pages a day, this one never flagged for me. It kept my brain churning the entire time. I'll be thinking about it for a long time.
This was my third Murakami - and my favorite so far.
