What Members Thought
This just didn’t grip me. Something about the character and the pacing threw me off. Still not quite sure what it was. However I will carry on as the series gets so much hype and I am intrigued.
Have had a lot of misses this year especially with books I got into with decently high expectations. I almost gave this a one star but it definitely isnt in the bottom rung of books it was just boring. Difficult to finish. Won't be continuing the series.

What an unexpected surprise. Really enjoyed this book. Initially I was indifferent to the main character but he really grew on me as he evolved and adapted to the harrowing encounters and treachery of the tower. Highly recommended.
2.5 stars. Maybe. Only because the Boudoir segment was page-turner ish for me.
