What Members Thought

I absolutely loved it!!!!!!!!!!! The characters are vivid and the imagery and makes you feel like you are actually there. It's interesting and funny. It's one of those books that you want to read and then re read to see if you missed anything. it was a bit long, but it was detailed and action packed. A good book if you are looking for an exciting thing to read.

5 brilliant Stars!
SIX DANGEROUS OUTCASTS.
ONE IMPOSSIBLE HEIST.
Such a great read. Loved every second of it. The cast, the world building, the magic system, the banter - so good!

"Gun to the back?" said Jesper.
"Poison in his cup?" suggested Nina.

Fantasy is not a genre I particularly enjoy but I would say this book is a great place to start if you want to explore fantasy. It is a quick read and is gripping from beginning to end. That being said, I will not be reading the second book for now. I do not really feel like I have been left high and dry on some insane cliffhanger and lack that urge to know more. I did read more than half the book in one sitting so I would say it is a great book to get out of a reading slump!
