4.5 stars. I loved a lot of this book. It's Britain v. France in the Napoleonic wars plus dragons. If you know anything about me, you'll know that the best part was, of course, the dragons. Temeraire (the main dragon) is amazing and beautiful and reminds me so much of Ruth in Anne McCaffrey's The White Dragon it hurts.
