Too cutesy for my taste. Adorable little animals wandering around the forest and saying cute things about friendship. Cute, yes. Meaningful? Couldn't find much to rave about. Appropriate for children, but I think adult readers might search for philosophical musings a bit too much. Meaning can be found wherever you want to find it, but it doesn't mean that the author actually intended any of that. This audiobook with all-stars such as Stephen Fry and Judi Dench is delightful. My 3 year old didn't follow it in the car, but my 4 year old did a bit. Pooh Bear can be a tough one to read to the American toddler, but it's definitely charming for adults. LOVED Eeyore, Christopher Robin, Pooh, all of them were great!
