I liked this one, not as much as The Duke and I but I think thats just because I like Simon more :) I'm glad Anthony finally stopped being such a jerk the scene in his office I would have pulled a Daphne and punched him in the eye :)

On second read, years later. I give it a three in my review. Book one was better.
I loved this book! I loved the characters, the story line, the dialogue, everything. Maybe it's because I felt I could somehow relate to Kate. She's not a great beauty, but she knows her worth. I certainly was never as forthright as Kate, but I always wanted to be. To her, her main role was to protect her younger, beautiful sister. One of her sister's suitors was Anthony Bridgerton. Book #2 in the brilliant Bridgerton series. Love, love, love this family!! These books make me smile everytime (even though it's my fourth time around). On to book #3....again. Can't wait to get to Romancing Mr. Bridgerton (#4)!
