I was so excited for this book. The hype surrounding it was unbelievable so when my hold came up at the library I rushed to get it.
To say I was disappointed in this book is an understatement. Honestly I wanted to DNF it, but I kept trudging through it because of the high ratings it has received. I found the story lacked a good flow, meaning it felt choppy. It bounced back and forth between Alex's past and present but the timing of where they were placed felt awkward.
