I really enjoyed all of these characters and the adventure was fun, too.

OMG I lived this story. Monty had me laughing and smiling the whole time. He's just something else. Even when drunk at times but still gotta love him.
He had a heart of gold a sucker for love for his best friend Percy. He was willing to do whatever he could do to get Percy well even though Percy didn't feel he needed it.
Traveling the world with his friend Percy and we'll read sister. They find themselves going on much more than a adventure than they dreamed of.

The audio book is so well read. I saw everything play out like a film.
Very entertaining and sweet. I want to read more about the pirates now. ^_^

This was a rather nice adventure, though the historical details didn't sound too true to me. (Like, according to Mackenzi, it takes two weeks to sail from Barcelona to Genoa. It doesn't.) It was a bit bothersome. Not enough to disturb the reading experience, Mackenzi Lee is a good author, I think. (Well, yeah, 4 stars).
I like the solution of the book and look forward to reading the continuation.
