Loved, loved, loved!

Okay, it's out now, so I can talk about it. :)

I love so much when a new book comes out in my favorite series, and it not only meets but exceeds my expectations. This is that book.

I love the way Roland is being handled. I love that he is complex, not a black-and-white bad guy. I love that things with him aren't as straightforward as they seem.

Don't get me wrong, he's a bad guy. And I don't think this treatment of him undercuts that at all. But he's the scariest kind of bad gu ...more
