The writing/editing of this series has dramatically improved; it's still a little overly explanatory, but I don't feel like I'm being beat over the head with the roles/relationships of the characters. Gin goes on vacation with Owen, Finn and Bria to a small town where Bria grew up. They meet Bria's best friend who happens to be engaged to Donovan Caine - who just keeps reinforcing what a douche he is and makes you like Owen even more.
