This books introduces us to a younger generation of supernaturals. Still existing in the same world Armstrong created in her Women of the Otherworld series, it focuses on a group of individuals brought together under the guise of a group home, Lyle House, for troubled/mentally ill teens. Only a couple of the residents know what they themselves are. The rest really have no idea what is happening to them.

Surprisingly, this was pretty decent as a young adult novel. The ending though left at a drop off point just making me want to claw my face and rip my hair out in extreme frustration.
