★★★★★ Loved the book, BTW, for all of you waiting for me to finally get back to this series. I would be hard-pressed to say that #1 in the series is still my fav, after this one. These two sizzled on the page - or should I say in my ears?

I was surprised the war started, as I was thinking this would be avoided or postponed, as in other series.

Very, very intrigued as to who the ghost is!

How long have I been waiting to get to Hawke and Sienna's story? Since the very beginning.

You can tell from the first that these two were destined to be together. The chemistry has always been there even though Hawke fought it tooth and nail.

I've been intrigued by this alpha wolf, Hawke, ever since his first appearance in the series. I absolutely love this book, and I thank Nalini Singh for it. She is a genius; a phenomenal writer. Her characters for me so far, feel complete. She develops them throughly and beautifully. Hawke is a wonderful wolf man with his alpha-tude, devotio ...more

This couple was long awaited and worth the wait. If love this series, you will be very pleased with the book. Hawke is a wonderful leader and alpha hero and Sienna holds her own and comes into her own in this book. There is a lot of tenderness and sense of looking in on the very private emotional interaction of a couple that make this book so special. Because, it is a book later in the series, the dedicated readers get the joy of seeing all our favorite characters. I wouldn't rate this book as h ...more

4 1/2 stars. Loved Hawke! He can dance with me anytime! And I enjoyed the concurrent story of Lara and Walker. And I absolutely loved the last line of the book. It explained so much. ;)
