The frustrating thing of reading so many series, is that you forget some of the details if you don't read the entire series in a close amount of time. While I have liked the plot, settings, and atmosphere that the writer has created. I find myself not liking Mac. Maybe it's because she worries about men and fashion to much for my liking. I hope that it gets better than the first two books, I really do.

I think Ms. Moning is one HECK of a storyteller. The way she goes about writing these stories... it's so captivating. The way she foreshadows the events and brings you right there. They way she describes moments, feelings... she is truly in my mind one of the better writers out there.

The Fae Royalty are dubbed the Death by Sex Fae by the main character, Mac. They excude a sexual attraction that is nearly impossible to resist. An example would be that when they are around you look down and parts of your clothing are missing and you never realized you had taken them off. The location has no impact - public or private. This one was the best one of the series so far for me. I liked the first one but I wasn't wowed. But I had books 2 and 3 on audiobook from the library so I kept up with the series. I'm glad I did because I'm excited about reading the last 2 books after this one.
