So this is the 2nd book out of the Kitty Norville series.
Leaving off at the end of the last book it was left with a big gaping plot-holes. Leaving the questions of: Where does Kitty go? What about the creepy government agency guy? Weren't there more pack members than Carl, Meg, and TJ?
By far this was my favorite out of the series, and a second time through, it still is. Probably due to the politics in this book. ...more

Kitty Goes to Washington is the 2nd in the Kitty Norville series, so some series spoilers may exist.

As you can guess, by the title, in this book Kitty is off to Washington, DC to testify at the Senate Committee Hearings to determine if the Center for Paranatural Biology should retain its gov't funding or not. While in Washington, Kitty meets some vamps, including the vampire queen of DC and other shifters. She hooks up with Luis, a were-jag. The Elijah storyline that was brought ...more

I was afraid that this series would greatly remind me of several other series with werewolves or shifters... ie. Rachael Vincent or Kelley Armstrong. This second in the series has definetly spiked my interest. I really like the characters and the government involvment in this book. I'm looking forward to contiuning the series. ...more

I so love this series. Kitty on her travels is asked to attend to a senate hearing on behalf of supernaturals. in this book she meetsa few supernaturals who she becomes good friends with and also discovers a few new things about herself and so does everybody else! i don't want to give anything away. but take a look at this series. it has a bit of everything.
Cormac makes a return, and we meet Ben in this one as well.
