What Members Thought

"...from the erotic bed of her lover, to the terrifying bed of the Unseelie King..."
What?! Who said anything about sleeping with the Unseelie King?! I shouldn't have read the synopsis for book five because I'm now even more scared to read book four and find out that Barrons and Mac will never stay together!

I had good feeling when I finished this book. Overwhelmed a little, but mostly good feelings. Going into this book there were so many unknowns it is a wonder KMM answered as many as she did - there are still some questions left on the table though. I guess for another day. I think she could have spread a few of those answers out. It felt like an 'answer to all of your questions' dump there at the end with everyone spilling their guts (some falsely, but spilling their history none the less). The

I feel guilty for not giving it 5 stars. I should not feel guilty just because I feel like I'm the only person not to whole-heartedly love this book. It just ran a little long, and I kept looking at the % complete and thinking to myself, that's it? But that's the only not positive thing I have to say.
"Why does it always take so long for you to tell me the important things?!"
That line pretty much sums up my feelings. There were...SO...MANY...jaw-dropping moments in this book. Everytime you think ...more

It was worth it. I couldn't stop reading. It was fascinating, intriguing, hot and you know, simply interesting (as in, all these pages+ ADD and I never got bored or skimmed). Yes, Mac could still makes me want to do criminal acts but hey, life ain't perfect. I even found myself liking her at times.
There are rumers KMM is writing a spin-off, this should be interesting. ...more

one word review: Super-feckin-califragilisticexpi-feckin-alidocious!
can't really review it cause the only people reading it have read all the others in the series and they will all agree with me . Basically if you haven't read the series, you are missing out on the best alpha-male *ever.

Phew! I read books 2 to 5 in less than 24 hours, and I'm thankful I waited to read the series till I had all the books! I hate cliffhanger endings! I was right about who Mac killed in Dreamfever, but still had a major WTF moment when it was confirmed.. I had predicted a whole lot of things, trying to guess at who/what Mac and Barrons were, but was only 5% right, lol... I really hope KMM will write more books that will wrap up a lot of details and give us more of some characters' stories (I'm nam

A wild ride. An emotional roller coaster. The plot twists, turns, dips, climbs, and plunges were masterfully engineered. Yes, the ending satisfied, but this novel -nay, this series- is all about the journey, not the destination.
A fulfilling read. ...more
