What can I say? I loved it. I loved the one year wait for the final installment in the series, I loved the speculation, the anticipation and I loved each and every book. Shadowfever was satisfying in so many ways. KMM answers the crucial questions for her fans, but leaves the ones that do not need to be answered opened. There are some really good twists and turns – some that I did not see speculated at all about. Great great series.

If I had to use one word to describe SHADOWFEVER I would have to say EPIC. This series is all in a epic category of it's own. I can honestly say that it was worth the wait, all the speculating and predicting from the hell-ish cliffhanger in Dreamfever was well worth it. SHADOWFEVER captivated me in a way no book has ever done so before.
SHADOWFEVER was mind-blowing and heart-wrenching. At the end of Dreamfever Mac had killed someone very dear to her and we finally find out who that is. It comes ...more

Unbelievable.
Forget trying to figure it out. It isn't acutally revealed until the last, last of the book. Just read and enjoy.
This is the final book in the Fever Series. Frankly don't read it until you read the others. Just. Don't.
For those who have, this is just as perfectly written as Harry Potter. It's intelligent, it takes you where your speculative mind wants to go and then shows you why your wrong. There are so many reveals and twists and turns, your adrenaline just won't shut down. How ma ...more

I gave this book a solid 5. What can I say, it’s amazing and worth waiting. That’s for sure. Not that I’m obsessed with JZB or anything—but who I’m kidding. Yes, I am. I’ll have to stew in this for a little longer because right now I don’t really know what to write. The book left me speechless for two reasons. I’m glad that it’s over (or is it?) and I’m SAD that it’s over (may be?). I will have to come back to it and write more. But in the meantime -- my questions.......

Wow! What a great last book of the series. I am so sadened that it's the end, but it couldn't have ended better. It gave us so much adventure, Mac was exactly as we expected her to be, but so much more, Barrons was, well, there is just too much to love about that hard beautiful man(or beast). I loved every minute of trying to figure things out and I love that she is writing more books set in this world. I also can't believe I didn't pick up on the Kelters...how very clever of her to meld the wor

YES, YES, a thousand times, YES! I was worried that I may have had to kill the author or something with the ending of the last book, but KMM pulled through. I would have thrown the book against the wall at the beginning, when she found out who she killed, but I peeked a bit later in the book and saw that Barrons was back. And the ending there? Way to eliminate the love triangle between Mac, Barrons, and V'lane. Just make V'lane an evil, raping, murdering despot. I actually liked the ending thoug
