No! NO! NO! NOOOOOOOOO! This is absolutely unacceptable. I can not believe this. There is no effing way that HE is dead. I reject this thought, there has to be some LSD in that water Mac was drinking.

Just for that this book was punished by being put on the bottom of my book pile next to my bed.

Then I got to the bottom of the pile again. Then I have an immediate Finding Nemo moment.

I know that I can get past this part, I know I can. Oh, nighttime reading and pillows, how I love you.

***Possible Spoilers***The final installment of the fever series was non-stop action. In ways that had me on the edge of my seat, nervous and excited.

The twists and turns were thrilling and the breadth of information was constantly hurtling at you. I was so desperate to figure out the answers I devoured over half the book in less than 24 hours.

Trying not to spoil anything for anybody... I really enjoyed this one, but I thought she tried to jam too much into 1 book, and that it might have suffered a bit for it. I'm not sure I like where she went with how all the major questions of the series were answered, but I'm definitely looking forward to the next series set in the Fever world. ...more

The start is fantastic, a bit in the middle is a bit blah (but only a bit) the rest is ab fab. A fantastic end to the series.

12th Oct 2011. I've just finished reading it again. Was better the second time, but still not quite a five. Not sure why, I think maybe it meanders a bit much and doesn't flow as well as it could, although the overall story is ace. ...more

Too long. I skipped some pages. I really like the previous books but Mac's 500 questions bored me. But I liked a lot the series, in general all the five book were very well written with interesting characters. :)
