What a great way to end a series. Well done Ms Arthur!!

Riley, having decided to live at the end of the last book, following killing her soul mate, the psychopath Kye, is having a little trouble getting back into the swing of things.

Having finally gone back to work, Jack is trying to ease her in gently and sends her to a ritual killing. Of course, nothing is simple with Riley. Trouble is playing with Fate and using silver bullets.

***SPOILER ALERT***

I was a little disappointed with this book, especially since it was the last one. In one of the books Dia tells Riley that she will have 3 men in her life; one will heal, one will hurt, and one will never leave her side. I wish the author would have connected this more to the remaining books. I was waiting for the author to spell out which men were which and it never happened. Obviously Quinn is the one who will never leave her side.

This book was the perfect ending to this series. All of my questions were answered!

**SPOILERS**

This book starts off a few weeks from the previous book. Riley is recovering from killing her wolf soulmate. She is coming to terms with letting a friend get killed and other life changing events. Riley is taken by her former packs Alpha. She is dumped in the middle of no where and she has no memory of who she. Riley soon works a crime and starts to piece together who she really is.

Very good ending to a very good series. I was left wanting a bit more, but I suppose that's what made the series good, I was ready for good things to happen for Riley, Quinn and Rhoan and Liander, but once it did, I wanted to read about it! Maybe in Risa's books we'll get updates because Quinn is going to be her guide. I was sad for it to be over. ...more
